Exotic Spalted Tamarind is native to tropical Africa, and widely planted throughout tropical regions worldwide. The ring pictured has a crushed Lapis Lazuli stone inlay, but others are available. The rotting effect on Tamarind creates the spalted look that varies from piece to piece.
Lapis lazuli is a semi-precious stone that has been prized for its intense color. The ancient Egyptians saw it as a symbol of the night sky. Lapis lazuli is associated with strength and courage, royalty and wisdom, intellect and truth.
These rings are made to order. Your ring will look similar to, but not exactly like the ring pictured.
All rings are comfort fit. Please get professionally sized at a jeweler before purchasing. These rings are NOT re-sizable!
Keep in mind when deciding on ring width that wider rings fit more tightly.

Keep in mind that most metals are not scratch proof. My rings are tough, but avoid handling solvents while wearing. The finish used is waterproof, and is similar to a hardhat in hardness. If your ring gets scratched over time, ship it back and I will polish it up. I will always polish any resin scratches for free. Resin replacement is always free. Resin can be polished at home with mineral oil or beeswax.
Titanium, surgical steel, and cobalt-chrome are ALL hypoallergenic. Cobalt is best for scratches and is heaviest. Titanium is lightest.
